Rental Terms - Rent From Us

  • Minimum rental period: 24 hours
  • Maximum rental period: 30 days
  • Advance booking required: 48 hours minimum
  • Driver must be present at pickup with valid ID
  • Vehicle inspection required before and after rental
  • Fuel policy: Return with same fuel level as received
  • Late return fees: RM50 per hour after grace period
  • Early return: No refunds for unused days
  • Additional driver fee: RM25 per day
  • GPS navigation included at no extra cost

Driver Eligibility

  • Must be at least 25 years old
  • Valid driver's license for minimum 2 years
  • Clean driving record (no major violations)
  • Credit card in driver's name
  • International license accepted with passport

Booking & Payment

  • Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance
  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • Security deposit of RM1,000 - RM5,000 depending on vehicle
  • Cancellation policy: 48 hours for full refund
  • No refunds for no-shows or early returns
